Return Policy
All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date and require a prior Return Authorization Number (RAN), which must be obtained by contacting our support team. Items must remain in unused, original condition, including all packaging, accessories, manuals, and protective films. Any product returned without a valid RAN, or showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or missing components, will be automatically refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 35%.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including tracking and insurance. Shipments lost or damaged during transit are the sole responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt, all returns undergo a multi-stage inspection process that may take up to 10–21 business days. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method only, minus any applicable fees. Exchanges are processed only after the returned item has successfully passed inspection and is confirmed eligible.
Please note that promotional items, discounted products, personalized goods, bundles, and items purchased during special events (such as holiday sales) are non-returnable and non-refundable, without exception. The company reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
